New Retail Facility
Client: Tindall Property Development, Radcliff, Kentucky
Paradigm provided design-build services for a $1 million, 10,000 square foot, two-story retail facility. The project consisted of four tenants on the top floor and three tenants on the bottom floor, one of which is a daycare. The scope included all architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering.

- Footer, piper and slab concrete work
- Metal stud and brick exterior
- Steel framing stystem with floor joists
- Six retail shells
- A seven zone HVAC system (one per tenant, with two for the daycare)
- Nine bathrooms and numerous sinks
- A kitchen for the daycare
- New electrical service for each tenant
