Athletic Sports Team Building Expansion

Client: Southern High School

Paradigm provided design and construction management services for a 3,375 square foot building expansion to an existing 4,500 square foot locker room building for the Southern High School football team. The project scope involved erection of a steel building, footer and slab work, interior build-out, civil site water and erosion control, as well as traffic control. Tasks also included all construction administration including authoring of specifications, issuance of project manuals/RFPs, bid evaluation, authorship and management of schedule, budget tracking, QA/QC inspections, and final sign-off. The design and layout of the building supports weightlifting and inclement weather practices, as well as showers and team and individual locker storage. The overall value of the project was $370,000.
