The project consisted of a demolition of existing medical center space to renovate approximately 15,000 square feet for a new four “pod” outpatient treatment. The renovation included the addition of four reception/waiting areas, 28 exam rooms, procedure rooms, physician’s room, and break area for staff. It also included a new fire alarm system, expanding the existing voice-evacuation notification fire detection system into the renovated Ambulatory Clinic.
