Renovate Occupational Therapy & Kinesiotherapy Design

Client: Dayton VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio

Paradigm is providing design services for this 3,300 SF Dayton VAMC renovation. The project consists of an approximately 1,800 SF Occupational Therapy (OT) area and an approximately 1,500 SF Kinesiology Therapy (KT) area to support patient care operations and ensure the area is supportive of staff requirements.

Design services include:

• Update finishes and updates to the kitchen in the OT area
• Create new supervisor’s office space with new finishes
• Rearrange current KT floor plan for improved staff functionality
• Move Kinesiology operations to space currently occupied by Prosthetics and relocate Prosthetics
• Modify current telemetry system
• Study current door locations for functionality
• Update/modify HVAC as required to accommodate modified floor plan in both OT and KT areas
