Water Leak Damage Remediation West Wing, Fourth Floor
Client: VA Medical Center, San Diego, California
Paradigm is providing design and construction contract documents for this project, the renovation of approximately 5,100 SF on the fourth floor of the West Wing. This includes Primary Care, Cardiology, and various administrative spaces. The extent of demolition and reconstruction will be limited to areas directly affected by water damage, and work required to remediate and reconstruct the water damaged areas.
This project includes a new clinic for Wound and Hepatitis C patients, replacement of the gypsum wall board in the Cardiology Offices, and the addition of lead-lined gypsum wall board to the PET scan room. All three projects are on the fourth floor in the west wing.
The clinic construction is for a 2,517 square foot new clinic that services Wound and Hepatitis C patients. The clinic is comprised of six Wound clinic exam rooms, three Hepatitis C clinic exam rooms, a waiting room, HAS/Clerk reception, two Vital Sign rooms, and an office.
